Abstract

The purpouse of this project is to analyse the paradigms that are around the training of administration couse teachers between the tecnologies of information and comunication, in a scene set in uncertainties and the continuous raising of competitivity andrequirements. The review of the profissional training and his teachers that has the job of qualify them are unavoidable. How must be this training? This is the question that motivate the existence of the present research, that will involve teachers that is in the beginning of his carrier or is working as teacher for a longer time, some of them just teach other has other jobs too, and will also study studants that are in the seventh semester, all of this studants will be from a private university based on Presidente Prudente countryside of São Paulo state. The metodology choosen as medium to follow after valid results is case study, the project will have as data collector the interview and the data will be analyzed by qualitative analysis method. In the end is expected to discover the changes that were occasioned by the tecnologic development in teaching and difine the outline of the administration teacher today and point some ways to inovation.
