Abstract

S. cerevisiae are an interesting experimental model to study aging and the beneficial effects of calorie restriction. We recently found, using proteomics, that calorie restriction and aging significantly change the expression of proteins related to aminoacid metabolism. This project aims to study the effects of calorie restriction and aging on aminoacid metabolism. (AU)
