Abstract

The main objective of this research is to analyze the socio-spatial configuration of the PDS Sustainable Development Projects - Fazenda Barra and PDS - Sepe Tiarajú implemented by INCRA in the region of Ribeirão Preto (SP) considering it as a central element in the consolidation process territory, as an element of strength and foundation of his political project. Thus, we seek to demonstrate the transforming nature of peasant social movements in the process of territorialization by introducing logical and practical socio-spatial differentiated social transformations that determine breaks in the distribution models of the earth and at the same time as facing antithetical to the logic of private property, in the clash, are also forms of resistance strategies in advance of agro-industrial capital settlements, is the logic of subordination of the production systems integration, either by the logic of subordination of the processes of land lease is by the logic of subsumption of labor by the wage and strategies that promote rural absenteeism. In this sense, we intend to analyze the main elements of resistance established by the implementation of the PDS method of settlement and communal land, which, in turn, relate to the settlers' way of life, specifically, the set of social relations, socio-spatial practices and meanings about the world of work, primarily understood not as the land exchange value, but as a use value, which makes distant perception of the world of settlers from the logic of private property. To this end, we intend to conduct a data collection through semi-structured interviews with the settlers that comprise the four peasant social movements contesting the leadership of the settled families in these settlements (MST, MLST, and Indian Galdino Luiza Mahin), seeking identify the extent to which socio-territorial aspects (production, social organization and power relations) show up as resistance to the advancement of this sector in these areas of reform.Google Tradutor para:PesquisasVídeosE-mailTelefoneBate-papoNegócios
