Abstract

The spaces of the historic Brazilian farms are constituted a large field of research under the sheet, among others. In this environment, is that it has developed a research project whose main objective is to define routing methodologies for the construction of a representation language of the tangible and intangible heritage of historical coffee farms in the region in the state of São Paulo, with meant to serve as support for content items in the system registry of Rural Virtual Memory (MVR) from the Standard Description Information (PDI). Both the MVR and the PDI are being developed under the FAPESP ongoing, coordinated by Dr. Marcos Tognon (UNICAMP). The concepts used as a starting point for the construction of the language are those suggested by experts (researchers contributing to the overall project), which serve as collateral for the delimitation of categorizations that language representation. The work of Corti has been analyzed as one of the few references related to the subject of the thematic representation of goods patriminoniais. It has also been observed international standards of organization and information retrieval in information science, especially the ANSI / NISO Z39.19-2005, the item related to the construction of taxonomies. The methodology has been developed through documentary and bibliographical research, participatory research and action research, and qualitative research with the development of concept maps by the researchers involved in the project. Content analysis will be practiced in different stages of research. As a result, we aim to suggest possible referrals for defining representative of a language related to the tangible and intangible heritage of coffee farms in the state of Sao Paulo to serve as a support for the activities to record such assets in the particular field of PDI under MVR.(AU)
