Abstract

The survey of land use dynamics and land use, particularly in the physical-territorial city limits, provides essential information to municipal planning, from: survey of the economic profile of the area, cultural trends, dynamics and interactions in the network urban-regional infrastructure, population profile, among others. Situation, human interventions in their environment can lead to transformation of its landscape, the fact that this aggregate results of the dynamic and unstable combination of physical, biological and man-made, making it a single and indivisible, in perpetual evolution. In this perspective, environmental planning, particularly through the Environmental Zoning, meet the regulation of human actions. The first match by a group of methodologies and procedures aimed at assessing the environmental consequences resulting from proposed actions and identify possible alternatives. And the second set of spaces according to criteria pre-established groups, which express the potential, vocations, constraints, weaknesses, sensitivities, conflicts and successes of a territory. Thus, in both cases, the graphical representation becomes important to provide quick ideas, general and inclusive about the environmental status, as well as the spatial situation of the landscape. In their proposals map helps both decision making and in the spatial representation of the problems identified. This prerogative, this End of Course Work (CBT) aims to analyze the spatial-temporal transformations of the landscape in the city of Ipaussu / SP, from thematic mapping activities focusing on the use and occupation of land, developed in 1988 and 2011 as well as highlight the importance of environmental planning for the best fit them. Keywords: Mapping the Use and Land Use, Environmental Planning, Landscape and Geotechnology
