Abstract

The central question of this research is to analyze the actions of non-formal heritage education carried out under the rural São Paulo, aimed at different age groups, different social classes, from the historical comparison of three farms in São Paulo, selected among the project participants PPPP / FAPESP (07/55999-1). Will surveyed one of each of the types of farms found in previous research Masters: 1st type - farms offering tourist activities in the form of visiting days, 2 type - farms performing guest house or 3rd kind - farm-oriented tourism / business through a hotel - the farm. To carry out the investigation address the research objectives, will be a comprehensive bibliography on the topics of research. He feeds the script for interviews with responsible for the three selected historic properties, with employees older, with the monitors and visitors / tourists. This process will be carried out from a qualitative methodology (Oral History) with emphasis on two techniques: structured interviews and thematic statement. In a second phase of research, the content of the interviews will be organized thematically and analyzed in light of recent productions Heritage Education, comparing their results with those of the analysis of research literature in order to produce tools for critical analysis of the activities of cultural tourism in rural and education sheet observed.
