Abstract Optomechanical systems has been demonstrated recently, mainly in GHz frequencies. Based on this, we propose the development of active devices with light emission modulated by optomechanical oscillations. We suggest fabrication of double microdisk, based on double heterostructure InGaAsP/InP, and we will explore the interaction between the effects of photons emission due to recombination in the semiconductor and mechanical oscillations induce by optical forces in the cavities. We expext understand fundamental aspects of interaction in active cavities optomechanics, as well applications of this devices in signal processing in microchip scale. (AU) | |
