Abstract

This project has as main objective the study of new working relationships that have accelerated in the 1990s and intensified after 2000, more specifically, flexible relationships, informal and poorer that set up the so-called new informality. The unprotected work no longer holds only in the context of the so-called informal sector, therefore the concept of new informality emerges as new ways of analyzing the process of recent changes in labor relations in the forms of outsourcing, hiring juristic person, self-employment, work cooperatives, work for a specific period or non specific by experience, for companies specialized on outsourcing skilled labor, internships, among others. Passing through the flexible labor relations engendered by the system of capitalist accumulation, the gender inequalities continue to be the key elements in analyzing the business world. Thus, this research aims to make a detailed study of some of the sectors and activities identified with the new informality with a gender perspective, with an emphasis on domestic services and business services, which include selection, management and leasing of hand labor; immunization activities, hygiene and cleaning in buildings and homes, and research, surveillance and security.
