Abstract

In this project we are proposing to prepare, characterized, and to study the electrochemical, photochemical and photophysical properties of binuclear Ru/Mn complexes having perylene as bridge ligand (and of the mononuclear subunits cis-[RuII(phen)2(perylene)2]2+ and fac-[Mn(perylene)2(CO)3(ImH)]+ for comparison purposes.
