Abstract

This research proposes a reflection on the art of the actor in contemporary theater by investigating relationships between the methodology of Body Mimese, developed by the Interdisciplinary Group of Theatrical Research of Unicamp (Lume), and the concept of "body-life," elaborate by Jerzy Grotowski.
