The objective of this study is to evaluate in long period the resistance to the fracture of teeth bovine fragilizados submitted to the preparation biomecânico using different substances chemical auxiliaries following by medications intracanal containing hydroxide of calcium [Ca(OH)2] for different periods of time. The teeth will be divided taking into account the diameter of the apex radicular and in agreement with the chemical substance used irrigadora (physiologic Solution, clorexidina gel 2% and hipoclorito of sodium 1%); each group will be subdivided in 5 subgroups in agreement with the permanence period of the medication intracanal (15, 60, 90, 180 and 360 days). Concluded each period of time the teeth will be submitted to the resistance test to the compression with the purpose of to verify if there is interference of the auxiliary chemical substance in the resistance to the fracture and if the lingering time with that medication interferes in that resistance. The obtained values they will be submitted to the tests of ANOVA and Tukey, significância 5%.
