Abstract

The research proposes a study of planned cities that have gone through the process of post-occupation and political emancipation. A case study is proposed for the town of Solteira Island - SP. Are taken into account the urban design alternatives, taking into account the relations of circulation systems and land use bordering. It seeks to understand the ownership of systems by users, management, and approval systems, as well as possible malfunction caused by poor interventions in the original proposals. The study provides also seek input on the technical feasibility of alternative solutions. (AU)
