Abstract

In Brazil, the assessment of reading comprehension still lacks precision and study. This is usually done by means of answers to multiple-choice questions (Salles and Parente, 2002, Carvalho et al., 2009) or the retelling of the text read (Carvalho et al., 2009, Saraiva et al., 2009) however, little is known about the influence that the protection, driven by important questions about the text would make the restoration of the reading comprehension and especially in its retelling. This research aims to investigate whether two assessment procedures can influence each other's responses evaluated and if this influence may be different in Reading Disorders.(AU)
