Abstract

This project aims to analyze the working conditions of teachers in Sao Paulo state from the year 2000, considering the educational reforms implemented by the state government as well as the influences of the goals proposed by the World Bank. It is proposed to analyze the repercussion of the World Bank proposals to the policies and education programs in Sao Paulo state, trying to understand its implications for teaching in this region.
