Abstract

The objective of this study is to investigate the effect of adding ethanol extract of Piper cubeba seeds in diets for broilers as a possible replacement to growth promoters based on the biological potential presented by the pepper and its chemical components in different biological assays already made. The effects of supplementation will be evaluated from the performance parameters and determination of serum biochemistry supplemented birds. (AU)
