Abstract

The aim of the present study is to correlate the marginal fit and bacterial laekage through the implant-abutment interface of a 3-elements fixed partial denture. Internal hex and morse cone conection will be sellected to this purpose. Samples will be randomly allocated in 2 groups according to implant conection. Measures from implant-abutment interface will be taken before and after 7 days of assemblies incubation in human saliva. After incubation, bacterial count from the inner parts of dental implants will be evaluated by DNA Checkerboard method and correlated to marginal fit.
