Abstract

This research is the proposition investigate how the process of field supervision in supervised training in Social Work, in the design of the trainees, UNESP/Franca. Our goal is to analyze the process of probation supervision, tracing the historical trajectory of the Social Service course and especially the field supervision, since their importance for professional Social Worker. We intend to study the facilities and the difficulties encountered by trainees during field supervision, reflecting the role of the stage, especially for the professional supervision of students. We must assess the proposed topic in context and criticism on the premise of constant changes that occur in society and that are present daily in the training of interns and the intervention of the social worker, also influencing the process of supervision. This research will be developed from the qualitative approach, having as the universe the fields of social work internship, UNESP-linked to France as research subjects and 08 students of Social Work who are performing compulsory traineeship in 2012, and the supervised training undertaken by students of 3rd and 4th years. In summary, we intend to expand this research to contribute to the collective debate on contemporary professional training.(AU)
