Abstract

This research deals with non-conventional segmentations of words that can be classified into hipossegmentação like "de nada", or hyper, like "em bora." The main objective of this research is to describe and analyze the writing of seven subjects, observed during the last four grades of elementary school, to check the path these students toward (or not) to the conventional word. The texts from which we collected the non-conventional segmentation of word belong to Banco de Dados de Escrita do Ensino Fundamental II, from UNESP. The occurrence of non-conventional segmentation of words will be examined as having a theoretical assumption heterogeneous conception of writing (Corrêa, 2004). We will consider start that non-conventional segmentations of words can be seen as evidence of how the scribe designs features of spoken utterances (with respect to the sound dimension of language) statements in writing and how characteristics of statement in writing also lead to non-conventional segmentation of word. Given this hypothesis, the specific objective is to check how and to what measure it gives the relationship between spoken and written statements, by identifying the characteristics of the prosodic organization of language. For this, we refer researchs of TENANI (2008, 2009) and Paranhos (2010) that assume the proposal of Bisol (2000, 2005) for the importance to characterize the prosody of the Portuguese in Brazil, the distinction between the constituents prosodic, phonological word and clitic group. Main objective of this research, contribute to the reflections on the possible relationship between spoken and written statements.
