This research project aims to prepare and study nanocomposites based on PA6/ABS blends compatibilized with two different reactive copolymers: terpolymer styrene-acrylonitrile--maleic anhydride (SANMA) and methyl methacrylate-co-maleic anhydride (MMA-MA). It will be evaluated the effects of addition and dispersion state of the nanoparticles lamellar clay, of the different compatibilizing agents and of the different mixing sequence of the components in the morphology, mechanical properties, thermal and thermo-mechanical properties of the nanocomposites.
