Abstract

The characterization of the institution's demand for services is crucial for the proposed improvement of the quality of these services, particularly when approaching the work in School Psychology Services, aimed at meeting the population. This paper seeks to analyze the screening process and other processes of the patients receiving and mapping demand that reaches the Center for Research and Applied Psychology (CPPA) "Dr. Betti Katzenstein "UNESP de Assis. Through documentary research, we intend to analyze the chips screening of the last four years and tabular sociodemographic variables (gender, age, profession, family constellation) as well as: complaint, referral data, withdrawals, and closures made at the screening. The goal is to sketch the profile of clients seeking assistance in CPPA, better understand the reality of conflicts that people face, and to give a better understanding of demand, direct actions to better serve her, and preventive health mental.(AU)
