Abstract

When implants are installed immediately after tooth extraction may occur anchoring primary and decreased delay and/or impairment of the osseointegration process. This occurs because of the large interface between the surrounding walls of the socket and the surface of the implant. The purpose of this study is to evaluate Histomorphometric analysis in rat bone healing around implants with nanotubular oxide surface associated with fibrin adhesive/ tranexamic acid. Will be made 80 implants of titanium ASTM F67 (Grade 4), with dimensions of 2.1 x 2.8mm, CNC machined around STAR ® model SR-20RII, with a power of 2.2 kW. The implants will be identified, individually packaged, sterilized by gamma radiation (25 kGy), and divided into GI (machined), GII (machined/fibrin adhesive), GIII (machined/tranexamic acid), GIV (machined/ fibrin adhesive /tranexamic acid), GV (nanotubular oxide surface), GVI (nanotubular oxide surface/fibrin adhesive), GVII (nanotubular oxide surface / tranexamic acid) and GVIII (nanotubular oxide surface/fibrin adhesive/ tranexamic acid). Following are implanted in femurs of 80 male rats (250 grams), which will be anesthetized (Xylazine / Ketamine) and shaved on its hind legs straight. After incision, divulsion, access to the bone bed, and punching over milling (twist drill with 2.5 mm in diameter) under irrigation with saline, the surgical beds will be filled with the material to each group and the implants installed. Following is sutured (4.0 wire). The animals will be sacrificed at 60 days postoperatively. The pieces will be processed in MMA (Stevenel's blue / Alizarin red S).Uniforms: dental implants, osseointegration, nanotubes, fibrin tissue adhesive, tranexamic acid.(AU)
