Abstract

This research investigates the reality of access to the right to education of adolescents in Socioeducational Measurements of Probation (LA) and Provision of Community Services (PSC), served by the Reference Center Specializing in Social Work (CREAS) Franca/SP, examining issues related to access, retention, lag grade/age, school dropout and prejudice in public schools in Franca / SP that had the largest number of adolescents fulfilling PSC and LA in 2012. We will use quantitative and qualitative research for a better understanding of the research object, associating it and contextualizing it with reality, which is in constant transformation and contradiction. Finally, we intend to contribute, with this research, to strategies of professional Social Work aimed at ensuring the right to education of adolescents in the PSC and LA CREAS Franca / SP. (AU)
