Abstract

The project initially presents the reasons for its formulation, namely, the existence of an international project in progress, maintained contacts with researchers from French institutions and the need for further research on the literacy process, including actions of teaching and learn to read and write using digital devices. The goals articulated with the methodology predict understanding the relationship between written language and digital devices in research in France, notably in the area of literacy. To do so, shall be observed and followed the activities of research groups who study language in digital media and devices, the ongoing investigations and the recent publications in the area, will also participate in meetings for development of joint research projects and participation in events in Brazil and in France; research activities in libraries of institutions receiving, and finally, visits will be made, if with authorization, elementary schools for observation and monitoring of experimental projects. Are assumed for the theoretical analysis of the data, the principles of Vigotsky in learning and language acquisition, and of the Bakhtin in enunciation and speech. The results will be published in scientific events, continuing education and in articles in Brazil. (AU)
