Abstract

The present research project proposes the contact of a doctoral fellow with the Institute of Education, University of Minho in Portugal, specializing in Organization and Management School. This stage oportunizará the contact with fellow researchers highlighted by being the pioneers in the production of the field of study called "school studies" which will later be useful in their explanatory analyzes on the coordinating role of managers in the professional development of teachers in the preparation of his thesis doctorate. Also in this epistemological analysis will be made of materials collected in field research conducted in the Brazilian reality, through official documents produced by the State Department of Education together with Portuguese researchers. Such analyzes will be problematized from the theoretical cited. (AU)
