Abstract

In the present study, it is considered to study the potential use of waste as the bag of cement and Tetra Pak packaging in order to add value to these materials, through the liner manufacturing and ecological evaluate the thermal behavior of the material when applied on prototypes of small-scale poultry houses and distorted. To prepare the lining panel with specs of particle are used cement bags, packaging and tetra pak bi-component polyurethane resin based on castor oil. Product quality will be evaluated based on the requirements of normative documents and ANSI A208.1 14.810:1999 NBR-1999, through physical and mechanical characterizations. Later, we will evaluate the durability of the panels on exposure conditions that characterize the temperature and humidity of a poultry facility. The thermal conductivity of the panel will be tested by the technique of Parallel Hot Wire. The liner is applied in prototype poultry houses, small-scale and distorted, where the indices are determined thermal comfort environment for most days of enthalpy and these indices compared with those recommended for broilers.
