Abstract

Yeasts are known to confer benefit performances specialized products from the supplemented animals. The objective of this project is to evaluate the effects of inclusion of hydrolyzed yeast in the diet of laying hens (0, 2, 4 and 6 kg / ton) during the period 16-64 weeks of age. Will determine the growth performance parameters (feed intake, egg production and feed conversion per kg / dozen and kg / egg mass), egg quality parameters (resistance to breakage and shell thickness, color and cholesterol content of yolk, albumen height and egg classification), immunity of birds and bioeconomic index.
