Abstract

In this project, by using the new methodology developed during the doctorate, the goal is to use distributed computation for the non-linearity cases of the compute-and-forward methodology in such a way that AWGN channels achieve their capacity. The basic idea is to find finite number fields that give us right commutative orders. For that, by using the Minkowski embedding, such commutative orders will be associated with the lattices constructed by Erez and Zamir, which can enable the obtainment of the AWGN channel capacity. Besides, it will be possible to find ideals of these orders in such a way that, by applying the Minkowski embedding, it will be possible to obtain the non-linearity and dense lattices that, consequently, will provide a lower error probability for the channel.
