Abstract Based on the French speech analysis theory, this work will try to understand the Brazilian Ministry of Culture's stance in relation to public policies towards authorship. By analyzing how speech develops in the social medias Twitter, YouTube and Flicker, we will look for potential effects of speeches on creating/recreating a network of different views on authorship. The methodological and theoretical work will consider the following main categories: archive, event and metaphor and will also consider how social medias are built as political expressions, by understanding technique in politics. We will deal with textual documents as speeches, which are parts of a wider speech process that develops ideological impositions. | |
