Abstract

The fabrication of microstructures consists in transfering a lithography pattern to a substrate, by means of optical masks or electron beam.In this project the candidate will become familiar with electron lithography techniques in order to fabricate optical microcavities. We will also characterize these microcavities experimentally using techniques already mastered by the student.
