The research project "Art, Science and Technology Convergences" is attached to the group "GIIP - International and Interinstitutional Research Group in Art Science and Technology Convergences", already certified by UNESP with CNPq, under leadership of the project coordinator Dr. Rosangella Leote. This is the theme research of the group. It suits the research line "Processes and procedures in art" from the post-graduation program in Visual Arts at the Art Institute of UNESP and aim, through a multisided methodology, to focus on works of art with emerging medias where it is observed convergences, in any level, between the three areas that name this project, taking into consideration the contributions of those distinct areas into a multidisciplinary mean. The main support to this research comes from the theory of complex systems, neuroscience and Peircean semioptics, as well as a range of studies related to the particularities that generate the convergences sought in the work.
