Abstract

This work is related to fundamental understanding of kinects and Thermodynamics of oil/water interfaces, using electrochemistry as the main tool. Diffusion and partition of substances in this kind of system constitutes an interesting problem to be studied. Contact angle, cyclic voltammetry, square-wave voltammetry and spectroscopic measurements will constitute the main techniques in this project. Finally, we believe that this kind of study opens many possibilities of research in engineering and technology research areas. (AU)
