Abstract This study will conduct laboratory analysis for accuracy of total dies, obtained from different impression techniques and casting time, as well as measure the misfit cervical infrastructure zirconia dental reproduced on the preparations in these dies. Master model will be used (control), with preparations on teeth 14, 16, 21 and 25, on which infrastructure zirconia will be made by CAD-CAM technology. For each impression technique 15 mold surface will be obtained by a single operator calibrated with stock tray and silicone addition. Will be used three different impression techniques: (T1) simultaneous mixing, (T2) reline - relief with PVC film and (T3) reline - relief with little movement of the tray. 120 min are expected to leak from the impressions with die type IV and the second leak will be performed 280 min after impression procedure. For the analysis of dimensional accuracy and the total dies will be scanned from three predefined points be held Transverse Measurements (MT), Anteroposterior (AP) bilateral arc in the program ImageJ®, and the distances in the direction MD and VL of each preparation and between preparations in the segment 14-16. For the analysis of the marginal adaptation of zirconia infrastructures, the parts will be passively adapted on the preparations in casts and in the presence of gaps, measurements will be made by software that receive images from a microscope. Check will be the results on the sample size with power statistically significant distribution of the sample data. Then, statistical methods are used to evaluate the influence of independent variables of the study, adopting a significance level of 5%. (AU) | |
