Abstract

The new regulatory framework for communication of Argentina, Law No. 26.522/2009 Services and Audiovisual Communication (LSCA), is iconic and contemporary reference to the field of studies of public politicians communication in Latin America. The original character of this legislation lies in an innovative design of the right to communicate to society and a new regulatory role reserved to the State. The research internship abroad seek to conduct interviews with members of the development and deployment of LSCA process, as provided in the research project, among them leaders of the Coalición por una Radiodifusión Democrática (CRD), government representatives, the Argentine Parliament - favorable and contrary to regulation investigated.
