Abstract

In this work, the development and application of an electrochemical flow cell of the Wall-Jet type is proposed. A graphite-polyurethane composite electrode will be used as an amperometric detector in such a device for the determination of cysteine and acetylcysteine. The main advantages expected from this system are the robustness as well as the possibility of use in non-aqueous media. (AU)
