Abstract

The objective of this study is to problematize the links between desire, sublimation, and strategic organizations, in order to understand what is the space of the worker while desiring and creative human beings in this context. Therefore, this research, a theoretical reflection, will be built in the light of psichosociology and psychodynamic of the work. The reading through these approaches emphasizes the imaginary dimension, intersubjective and group of the organizations, contributing to the understanding of job relations and workers' mental health. We considered unavoidable the reflection of the issues circumscribed in this work because they underscore the relevance of the redemption and encouragement of the sublimating and creative field in the contemporaneity since these elements produce contrary movements to the crystallization of the subject. Moreover, the proposed problematizations allow us to seek conditions under which employees can manage their sufferings, for the benefit, not only of your productivity but also your health. (AU)
