Abstract

Since its establishment, large investments have focused on the construction of regulatory provisions that confer legitimacy, sustainability and legality to SUS through laws, rules and ordinances that regulates the health policy. The Paideia Method (Campos 1999; 2000; 2003) has been incorporated into public health policies in Brazil mainly in the form of Institutional Support and Support Matrix (Brasil, 2004 a e b; 2009; 2011). It is a method for co-management of labor and social networking that advocates institutional democracy, suggests collective spaces and power sharing. This project falls within the field of qualitative research and participatory provides triangulation of data (Minayo et al, 2005). Through " Intervention Research kind Support " aims to produce scientific knowledge and promote processes of continuing health education drawing on an empirical basis developed during the Course of Specialization in Health Services Management. The data will be produced in two stages: exploratory stage and "Intervention Research kind Support". For the production of empirical material will be used the following techniques: a) Questionary; b) Participant observation; c) semi-structured interviews; and d) Focus Groups. For the interpretation and analysis of the data will be used a narrative approach (Ricoeur, 1997). At the end, we intend to propose changes in the work process of the subjects participating in the research, managers and professionals in general and SUS subsidize the reorganization of management of networks of health care.
