Abstract

With the aim to know the path of the Pastoral Carcerária as an organized collective and its politic participation at human right defense aimed at prisoner we attempt to: comprehend the psychopolitical of its organization and performance in the structure of the imprisonment practices; investigate when, where and how the people which are part of this organization organize themselves and in which conjuncture historic and politic context; with which type of network and social movement they articulate themselves, from what methods they have used and nowadays use for the promotion or transformation of the public politics; which were the individual and collective motivation, the experiences and achievements, which were the labor fronts assumed and produced documents; which interpretations they take from life faced until now and how they think about the questions rose from imprisonment, rehabilitation and reinsertion. From bibliographic review perspective, we will elaborate a theoretic mark in the field of the politic psychology at interface with the themes of the imprisonment, citizenship and human right beyond of give a characteristic to prisoner system. We will utilize the methodology of oral history of conduction of interviews whose documents generated will be placed in dialogue with others sources from oral sources gotten throughout documental resource. The analyses obtained from interviews' results will be made from Analyze of Speech Methodology articulated with the referential of the model of analyze of the Politic Consciousness and of the categories of political and ideological positions, building a memorial of the performance of the organization, as well as contribute with the field of studies of the prisoner system, politic consciousness and politic participation.
