The guarantee of a care safe and free of iatrogenic diseases involves efforts of an entire system, which should be introduced from the outset in the training of professionals, covering in the process of teaching and learning the issue of patient safety. The technological advance of recent years provides the insertion of new applications and equipment in educational context, among them the serious games and use of Open Educational Resources (OER). Aims to develop an educational game open for vocational courses in nursing, using information technologies on patient safety. The data obtained will be analyzed quantitatively by descriptive statistics, assessed and analyzed in the light of the theory about the topic of study. We intend to build an educational resource aimed at professionalizing education of nursing and made available by means of a serious gaming with the aid of OER.
