This presented research is part of the discussions promoted by the group "Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas sobre Processos Formativos e Saberes da Docência/UFSCar" and on the Extension Program at a CEMEI of São Carlos, SP. The purpouse of this study is to analyze teacher's moulder process as well as their professional identity of teachers who participated in the extension program, reflecting on the construction and reframing of teaching. With the theoretical support of authors like Alessandra Arce, Antonio Nóvoa, Maria Lúcia Machado, Maria Campos Malta, Maurice Tardif, and Sonia Kramer, the qualitative nature research will be conducted through semi-structured interviews with 20 professional participants of the project (educators, teachers, principals and educational agents). With the present study we intend supply the social, political and professional recognition lack, that historically the childhood education professionals have faced for centuries in Brazil, so as in the field of Public Policy and also in facing the daily work. In this sense, we defend a politics of continued education focused on the growth, political commitment and education of these professionals who take as reference the school as a place of training, enabling the partnership between university-network and, consequently, the recognition and the importance of this level of education has for our society.
