Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance of vitrified grinding wheel of carbide black silicon with white aluminum oxide on processing steel N2711 undergo two different forms of lubrication and cooling: the MQL and the conventional method. To be able to verify the influence of the fluid application forms, tests with a single cutting speed and workpiece, with three distinct dive speeds, ie roughing, semi-finishing and finishing will be done; ie, the equivalent thickness (heq) will be varied cutting and evaluated its consequences in Steel N2711-rectification.
