Abstract

This project of research aims to investigate notions such as time, history and memory in the sermon of St. Martin of Braga, entitled "De correctione rusticorum" (c. 579). Also, it intends to situate Martin of Braga in an ecclesiastical network beyond the churchs of Galice. That network included Galia and reflected a common model of bishop in the figure of St. Martin of Tours and a way of transmitting the right christianity in the sermons of St. Cesaire of Arles. (AU)
