Abstract

In this project will be produced electrospinning electrical conductive of vulcanized natural rubber incorporated with polyaniline with HCl. For this purpose, it is intended to advance the improvement and modification of the rubber electrospun with conductive properties produced previously in our laboratory. After obtaining the conductive nanofibers vulcanized, it will be characterized using the techniques of thermal analysis (DSC, TG, DMA and TG / FT-IR) spectroscopy, infrared (FT-IR ATR mode), micro Raman, optical microscopy (OM) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM), force atomic (AFM), mechanical testing and AC and DC electrical conductivity. The scientific contribution will not only make the mixture of natural rubber with polyaniline, but making technological innovation, obtaining electrospun nanofibers of conductive elastomer vulcanized, which will be denoted in this project by NEF / BN / PANI. As well, making its characterizations, and according to the results obtained, the material should be patented and directed for applications in the field of micro electronics. (AU)
