Abstract The growing demand for chemical analysis and the need for continuous monitoring of production processes and quality control in various areas, has directed studies to find new materials for the development of electrochemical sensors that are more easily constructed, allow reproductive analysis, have high selectivity and sensitivity, have real-time response, among other desired properties during electroanalytical analysis. The purpose of this study is to make contributions to the field of development of electrochemical detectors, based on the obtainment of new biomimetic matrixes using composites of polyaniline and peptide nanomaterials using the electrospinning technique. Will be studied as the presence of the nanomaterial peptide alters the properties of the composite, aiming at a later application in systems for the detection of nitric oxide, both in gasous phase using the technique of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, as in solution using another electrochemical techniques.
