Abstract

This Project aims an internship at Portugal to expand and complement discussions about the Social Cognitive Theory applied to the music teaching and learning. The main goal is to find answers to a series of issues that showed up during the Master research developed at UNICAMP/FAPESP named: "Teaching of musical instrument - classical guitar - on Music Education degree: searching for new approaches through the Self-regulation theory". Studies about the Social Cognitive Theory developed during this research lead to a need to discuss the model currently used (the application model of Self-Regulation developed by Rosario) with the author through this internship, and from this adapt the model to the music teaching, in a way to complement this master research.
