Abstract

This project intends to study the problem of filter design for linear parameter varying systems with uncertainties described by integral quadratic constraints. The H-infinity performance will be used as criterion for the conditions to be developed. Extensions to treat systems with nonlinearities like saturation, uncertainties and time-delays will be investigated. The methodology is based on the use of dissipation conditions that can be solved by linear matrix inequalities. (AU)
