Abstract

This Scientific Initiation (SI) Research Project is part of a larger project coordinated by Prof. Dr. Maria Clara Di Pierro, entitled: A study of public centers for youth and adult education (YAE) in São Paulo, started in December 2014 and funded by FAPESP. This SI seeks to understand and analyze the configuration of the provision and outcomes of the Municipal Center of YAE André Franco Montoro, located in Jundiaí (SP), to analyze the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of a school devoted entirely to youth and adult service with a flexible school organization, and service in the morning, afternoon and night shifts.
