Abstract

The aims proposed in the Young Researcher project address the regulation of gene expression of several transcription factors by Coup-TFII, to understand the molecular basis of embryonic cell differentiation. Once obtained at different modulation conditions of COUP-TFII expression, the embryoid bodies will be analyzed for the expression of tissue-specific gene markers and potential targets of regulation COUP-TFII, as the Oct4 gene.
