Abstract

The Eletromemory Project in its second phase presents innovations as the study of the first central state of power generation of São Paulo, comprising a period from 1890 to 1960, in which the state was about to begin the process of industrialization. In its first phase, the Project 1 Eletromemory organized a database on archival heritage, industrial, material culture and the museum potential of large and medium plants deployed in São Paulo after 1960 .In its second phase, the project expands its scope, studying a total of 59 projects, divided between central power generation, small hydroelectric plants and hydroelectric power plants, spread across 16 river basins. As innovations introduced in the second phase of the project also is included the insertion of themes of Industrial Heritage / Museology and Landscape / Environment. In this research project the researcher will participate in the survey data to identify the social and environmental sensitivities of the different watersheds that make up the universe of analysis of Eletromemory Project II, the cartography of the potential weaknesses of the landscape, and help the team in the task of analyze the anthropogenic changes in the landscape, identifying socio-spatial changes in the way to live and occupy the land, but also in the analysis of the major changes in the environmental attributes such as vegetation cover, regimes of rivers, morphology (relief).
