Abstract

This project investigates the metabolism of ZnO nanoparticles incorporated by roots in Phaseolus vulgaris. Therefore the work strategy consists in a systematic study and quantitative of the absorption of ZnO nanoparticles, effects evaluation of nanomaterials at plants morphological development, location of storage plant tissue, micronutrients mapping around the stock regions and determination of chemical environment of absorbed nanoparticles. It is expected that the results obtained can help in the comprehension of the assimilation and reactivity of nanomaterials in plants. (AU)
