Abstract

The grain crop is still in its infancy in the West Paulista region and one of the reasons for this is the unfavorable production environment for crops such as soy for example. This legume has been grown in areas of degraded pastures and productivity tends to be low in the first year of crop establishment, for the immobilization of N by soil microorganisms to breakdown of pasture roots compete with the plant at the beginning of crop development when the BNF is still low. The objective of this study is to evaluate the soybean crop response to inoculation interaction with nitrogen topdressing in area of first and second year of the legume crop. The design is a randomized block in a split plot design with four replications. The plots will be allocated doses of inoculant (0, 4, 8 and 12 ha-1 doses) and the subplots the nitrogen rates (0, 25, 50 and 100 kg ha-1). determining the total-N and N-inorganic soil is performed. During the soybean seeding, the mass will be evaluated dry matter remaining straw in the area as well as the C / N ratio of the plant material. It will also be evaluated the dry matter of roots and C / N ratio. Fertilization in the plots that will receive doses of nitrogen as ammonium nitrate, will be held at reproductive stage R1.Também lap height plants will be collected at R2 / R3 stage for determination of dry matter and the content and accumulation of nitrogen in the area. Samples will be collected for evaluation of nodulation in six plants per plot in the flowering stage full R4.Já analysis of soil microbial biomass - BMS will be held in duplicate, in the R4 stage. At harvest will be determined yield components (plant stand, number of pods per plant, number of seeds per pod, weight of 100 grains in a linear meter of the plot). Productivity is determined by the mechanical harvesting of the three central rows of the plot. Statistical analysis will consist of variance and regression analysis, and the means of the experimental treatments will be compared by Tukey test the minimum level of 5% probability, using the Sisvar statistical software.
